How to cover your cake with sprinkles?

Just in case cakes were not nice enough, you have got sprinkles to give the cakes an awesome makeover. Available in so many unique design and colour combinations (read rainbow collection) sprinkles act as a multi-purpose addition to your cake. How? Sprinkles provide your cake with a beautifully-designed cover, they turn your cake sweeter, and more importantly they make your cake a live artistic work – so much beautiful, and tempting! Now if you think covering a cake with sprinkles is a task best done by experts, reconsider it. It is literally a simple task to give your cake a sprinkle cover, if you apply proper ideas. Read on!

Start off by getting a super moist cake mix. A moist cake mix helps keep your cake stay intact when you roll it in the sprinkles.
Mix the ingredients evenly and in proper quantity. For example; if your cake has four layers, you would require two boxes of mix and two ice containers. Bake as directed to prepare four layers. When your baking stuff is done, set aside the cake with the nicest top, and using a knife cut the tops of other cake until you arrive at an even surface. The layers should be of equal shape.

When layering is done, you require to stack your cake. Use a cardboard circle and start rolling the cake in the sprinkles. Roll evenly, at the top surface and on sides. The firmer you apply your sprinkles, the better the cake decoration becomes! Once you are done firmly using sprinkles on the cake, it’s time to ice your cake – which is another work of art.
