Normally, cake decoration is meant by covering an ordinary or specially shaped cake with some type of icing and giving it more interesting look by using edible glitters, sugar dust, sugar crystals and a variety of decorative that are available in the market. Today, butter cream icing is being replaced by the fondant icing which is comparatively easy and convenient than the traditional icing.
